About me
Hi, I'm Nicole. I first discovered Reflexology when recovering from a chronic illness in my early twenties. The treatments relaxed me like nothing I had ever experienced and left me feeling centred and calm which were new feelings for me. It felt like my brain was getting a deep massage, but only my feet were being touched! I was fascinated to learn more about how the therapy works, so I embarked on the FHT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.
Seeing the powerful effects that Reflexology can have on the health of my clients was mind blowing at first. I feel incredibly lucky that I can provide a space for people to come, tend to their wellbeing, and absorb the wonder of reflexology.
Previously, I worked as a Teaching Assistant for children with complex needs. I love working with children and in August 2023 qualified as a Gentle Touch Reflexology Practitioner for babies and children.
I'm based in Beckenham & Bromley Chiropractic Clinic on Tuesday afternoons and Saturdays and in &Osteo in Brockley on Tuesday mornings.
